Basil Seeds

As our first blog entry we're so pleased to offer you the Italiano Classico Basil seeds. These hardy seeds are a favorite among basil lovers. Growing rich in flavor and texture they are a chef's favorite.

Basil will even grow well in a pot in your kitchen window, brightening up your kitchen with a fresh, living, vibrant plant.

This basil seed can be planted early in the spring and will grow late into the summer season. Just provide with plenty of water and you'll be delighted with the results of your basil plant.

Allow 4 to 6 weeks for this seed to start sprouting and expect the plant to reach full maturity in a total of 9 to 11 weeks. You'll be enjoying fresh basil in your favorite dishes or salads in no time.

Basil is one of the easier plants to cultivate so it makes a great seed for those starting out in gardening. But the seasoned gardener knows that basil is a favorite.
